BLOXROOMS FIELD GUIDE

Bloxrooms Entities

Identify what you are seeing before choosing a response.

Quick rules

  • Keep the game visible when something is approaching.
  • Describe a cue before guessing a name.
  • Treat a single encounter as one observation.

Identify the encounter

Record the clearest detail first: a moving figure, a repeated sound, a change after you crossed a doorway, or a posed arrangement. Then note where you were standing and which action came immediately before the change. This produces a useful comparison even when the figure has no confirmed name in the index.

If your last junction is still visible, use it as a reference while deciding your next move. Do not approach simply to improve a screenshot. Read the survival guide before turning an uncertain encounter into an experiment.

Entities and still lifes

The developer's wording gives these categories different jobs: survival and scouting. It does not promise that every stationary figure stays stationary, or that every familiar avatar follows its usual game's rules. A still life can be described as a scene you observed without assigning it a monster name or hostility rating.

Useful notes include the arrangement, nearby objects, whether anything changed, and whether another player was present. Separate those details from your interpretation.

What warning gear can tell you

Entity Alert's official listing describes a nearby-entity warning. Its standalone pass was off sale in the September 5 catalog, while Gear + included it. A warning can give you another cue to compare; the listing does not say it identifies the figure, reveals an escape route, or prevents damage. Compare that purpose with light and movement upgrades in Gear.

For a different kind of observation, browse the database categories and choose rooms, artifacts, gear, or badges.

Common mistakes

  • Naming a figure from resemblance alone.
  • Treating one quiet encounter as proof that a scene is always safe.

Questions players ask

Is this a complete entity list?

No. This page helps identify encounters while named records require a clear identity and supported behavior.

Should I touch a still life?

Only choose an interaction you understand from the current game. Observation does not require walking into the scene.

Does Entity Alert stop an attack?

Its listing promises a nearby warning. It does not describe protection or an automatic counter.
